Mom's Back: When A Suspected FL Car Thief Turns Out To Be A Decent Person

WINTER HAVEN, FL — A Winter Haven man, who kept his late mother's remains near him, recently received a surprise when he discovered his custom car had been stolen from his driveway with her ashes inside it, WFLA reported.

But possibly even more shocking, the suspected car thief with "a good heart" returned the ashes and hung them on the man's mailbox, he told WFLA.

It was immediately unknown Friday if his custom Dodge Challenger Hellcat was ever recovered.
