Deputies: Juvenile Caused Mischief After Pot Plant Cut Down
The Wesley Chapel youth caused $200 worth of damage.
A 15-year-old Wesley Chapel youth was arrested and charged with criminal mischief after breaking glass items and kicking down a door, deputies say.
The youth was upset "at the victim for not being home when he returned" and because the landscaper had cut down his marijuana plants, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report.
The alleged incident occurred June 27.
