Wonder what's being built down the road from The Shops at Wiregrass?
Construction seems to be heating up on Arbor Woods. A gated community, the development is "expected to include 202 single family homes with parks and walking trails throughout," according to developer Taylor Morrison's website.
Taylor Morrison could not immediately be reached for comment about the planned pricing or construction timetable.
Arbor Woods is being built "on 423 acres, 338 of which are set aside for nature conservation," according to the website.
