‘An Amazingly Kind Soul’: FL Star Student

LARGO, FL — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

This submission comes from Nicole Azodi who nominated her daughter, Chloe, a Largo resident and Seminole High School student.

Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?

Chloe Cofiell is not only senior at Seminole High School that holds a 4.2 GPA while attending all Honors and A.P. (courses,) but also works at Guppy's still while finding the time to be a mentor to her two-year autistic sister, Dahlia Moon. She really aspires to study psychology in college next year. We are steadily trying to find scholarship opportunities to help her pursue her dreams and aspirations.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?

She is an amazingly kind soul who tries to help anyone she comes in contact with, hence her aspirations of studying psychology in college next year.
