3 cups cooked leftover turkey
1 1/2 cups chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 Tablespoons finely chopped onion

3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup mayo (not salad dressing)
1.5 cans of creamed chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 10 inch pie crust (lightly baked 8 to 10 minutes)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine turkey, vegetables, pecans and salt in a big bowl. In a separate smaller bowl blend the mayo, lemon juice and soup. Mix with the turkey mixture. Then pour into pie crust. Bake about 30 minutes until heated through (depends on your oven, the note in my grandma's recipe said her oven only took 20 minutes). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes
