Authorities Looking for Missing Endangered Largo Man

Authorities are searching for a missing Largo man who they say could be in danger.

Robert E. Dulin, 58, was last seen around 11 a.m. Dec. 4 leaving U.S. Rep. Bill Young's office in Seminole, which he reportedly frequents.

"Dulin is believed to be endangered, due to his physical and mental disabilities," a sheriff's office spokesperson said in a media release Friday. Dulin walks with a gait (bent elbow with arm close to his body and one or two fingers pointing outward) and has a cranium abnormality and a false eye from injuries sustained in car accident in the 1970s, authorities said.

Dulin's last known address was at the Pine Tree Manor Assisted Living Facility on 131st Street North in Largo. He was reported missing by the facility's administrator.

Dulin was last seen wearing a white-and-blue plaid, long-sleeved shirt, jeans and white tennis shoes.
