Curaleaf Opens 2 New Florida Dispensaries in Tampa And Largo

LARGO, FL — Curaleaf has opened two new dispensaries in Tampa Bay, bring the company's total to 44 locations in Florida.

The new dispensaries are located at 13755 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, and 10289 Ulmerton Road, Largo. In December, Curaleaf added four additional dispensaries in Stuart, Lady Lake, Wesley Chapel and Miami. Curaleaf also has Tampa Bay locations in South Tampa, Brandon, Lutz, North Florida Avenue in Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Palm Harbor

Florida has evolved into one of the largest and fastest-growing medical marijuana markets in the country, according to Curaleaf President Matt Darin.

To take advantage of that demand, Curaleaf has quickly expanded its retail presence and cultivation footprint and introduced more innovative products, including Select Squeeze, Select Bites, Select Nano Bites and its breakthrough vape hardware Cliq by Select, which features a proprietary gravity-fed pod and variable battery voltage settings, allowing patients to customize cannabis consumption.

The company's Florida growth strategy resulted in significant gains last year, with Curaleaf doubling its market share to 15 percent in the state.
