Fires Destroy 2 Homes, But Largo First Responders Come To Rescue
Two Largo families lost their homes to fires 10 days before Christmas, but Largo first responders made sure the kids would have gifts.

LARGO, FL — Two families who lost their homes and belongings in fires will be able to celebrate Christmas after all.
On Dec. 15, the homes of two Largo families with children ages 5 to 13 caught fire, destroying both homes.
That's when Largo Fire Rescue and Largo Police Department kicked into action to ensure the children would have Christmas despite the tragedy. Together, they raised more than $3,000 and took the families shopping for clothes, school supplies and all the Christmas gifts lost in the fires.
