Largo 'Housewife' Protests Romney in Tampa
There are some protesters among the thousands showing up to see Gov. Mitt Romney in Tampa today.
Protester Alyssa Depiro of Largo showed up Gov. Mitt Romney's Tampa rally today dressed as a 1950's housewife.
The 19-year-old explained, "It's what Romney is trying to send women back to being."
Fellow protester Mike Long decided a Dark Knight Batman costume was the best outfit to wear to the Wednesday rally.

"We're out here protesting Romney's policies that favor the rich and the wealthy over the average person," said Long, 26, of Ybor City.
The costume was partly a celebration of Halloween, but also symbolic.

"I think the larger message is on Halloween Mitt Romey's policies are truly scary," he said.
Long expected about 10 more costumed protesters to join him later on Wednesday.
