March 25

Craig Allen Hoel, 30, of Pinellas Park, was arrested and charged with violation of probation, retail theft, resisting an officer without violence and petit theft. He is in jail awaiting trial on $550 bond.

Michael Thomas Howard, 51, of Largo, was arrested and charged with grand theft and second degree arson. He is in jail awaiting trial on $15,000 bond.

Robert Duane Pearson, 39, transient, was arrested and charged with absconding parole out of Chatauqua, NY. He was released.

Landon James Hall, 23, of Largo, was arrested and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, tresspassing of a structure after warning, criminal mischief, resisting arrest without violence. He is in jail awaiting trial on $10,650 bond. 

March 26

Danny G. Isbell, 20, of Largo, was arrested and charged with dealing in stolen property and retail theft. He is in jail awaiting trial on $10,150 bond.

Richard Scott Newbrough, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with felony domestic battery and possession of clonazepam. He is in jail awaiting trial on $12,000 bond.

Kimberly Nicole Talley, 23, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, shooting at, within or into a building, neglect of a child and aggravated assault. She was released on $45,000 bond.

March 27

Michelle Anne Creamer, 28, of Largo, was arrested and charged with possession of alprazolam. She was released on her own recognizance.

March 28

Ronald J. Grimmage, 54, of Largo, was arrested and charged with dealing in stolen property. He is in jail awaiting trial on $10,000 bond.

Amy Elizabeth Hughes, 32, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with grand theft. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Gary Wayne Long, 65, of Largo, was arrested and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Alexander Robery Quintero, 22, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested and charged with petit theft. He is in jail awaiting trial on $2,000 bond.

Jessica Lynn Reynolds, 27, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with dealing in stolen property. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Amanda Rae Tate, 32, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with dealing in stolen property. She was released on $10,000 bond.

March 29

Giovanni Grizzle, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with resisting an officer without violence (obstruction) and grand theft of a motor vehicle. He is in jail awaiting trial on $5,500 bond.

Melanie Ruth Langford, 50, of Largo, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic battery. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Richard Lee Walter, 29, of Largo, was arrested and charged with four counts of burglary of an occupied dwelling, armed burglary and dealing in stolen property. He is in jail awaiting trial on $160,000 bond.

March 30

Gabriel Alexander Ortabarines, 28, of Palm Harbor, was arrested and charged with driving while license is stolen or revoked and no valid driver license. He was released on $5,250 bond.

March 31

David Anthony Cavalluzzi, 51, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with grand theft. He is in jail awaiting trial on $2,000 bond.

Lindsay M. Durbin, 23, of Pinellas Park, was arrested and charged with three counts of violation of probation and possession of hydromorphone. She is in jail awaiting trial on $2,000 bond.

Richard Allen Hall, 50, of Largo, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a dependency/child, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Ralph James Hillegass, 27, of Pinellas Park, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and cocaine. He was released on $2,150 bond.

David B Neumann, 74, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with battery on a health service personnel. He is in jail awaiting trial on $2,500 bond.
