Pinellas Genealogy Society Presents Bill Israel Giving an Introduction to Jewish Genealogy

This genealogy presentation is free and open to the public at the Largo Public Library on 18 June at 11 AM

The Pinellas Genealogy Society is pleased to host Bill Israel presenting a program titled "Introduction to Jewish Genealogy." Bill will discuss some of the more widely used specialized resources for Jewish genealogy, and he will illustrate his talk with examples of how he was able to discover and document his own Jewish family history. The talk will will focus on the unique challenges and rewards of Jewish genealogy, but the research strategies used to meet those challenges may be useful to all researchers.

The event takes place at the Largo Public Library, Largo, Florida at 11 AM on 18 June 2016. The event is free and open to the public.

Preceding the event at 10 AM is a one-hour open forum on all things related to computers and genealogy.
