Pinellas Park Hosts National Night Out Tuesday

The night includes a cookout and demonstrations from local law enforcement agencies.

The Pinellas Park Police Department would like to invite the central Pinellas community to join them for Pinellas Park's National Night Out on August 7.Β 

The event includes a cookout with hamburgers and hotdogs.Β There will be demonstrations and information from local law enforcement agencies and fire rescue.

National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and their local law enforcement partners.

The goal is to heighten crime prevention awareness, build support and participation in local anti-crime programs, and send the message the local neighborhood's are organized and fighting back.

Where:Β Target parking lot at the intersection of Park Boulevard and U.S. 19 in Pinellas Park.
