Aug. 2

Ryan Michael Andrews, 25, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Aug. 3.

Jessica Clapper, 30, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance (two counts). Total bond was set at $4,000.

 Ernestine Dixon, 60, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of retail theft and petit theft. Bond was set at $20,000.

Kyle Wayne Ewing, 18, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.

Araceli Rivera, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of tampering with physical evidence and no valid driver’s license. She was released on Aug. 2.

Aug. 3

Christian Lucasphillip Camden, 22, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine. He was released on Aug. 4.

Kassandra Celeste Estevez, 22, of Largo was arrested on the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of oxycodone 30 mg, traffick illegal drugs, sale or delivery of oxycodone 15 mg, possession of oxycodone 15 mg, VOP false verification of ownership, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to sell/manufacture/distribute and sell/manufacture/deliver oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a church.  Total bond was set at $94,800.

Spencer Paul Martin, 22, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, VOP possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell.  Bond was set at $1,150.

Rene Alan Phillips, 47, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of retail theft and dealing in stolen property. Total bond was set at $3,500.

Jason Montgomery Smith, 26, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying concealed weapon. He was released on Aug. 6.

Aug. 4

Roy Carlton Daffron, 46, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of trafficking in dilaudid (two counts), possession of oxycontin (two counts), sale of klonopin, possession of carisoprodol, sale of oxycontin (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of crack cocaine, sale of carisprodol, and possession of klonopin, Total bond was set at $150,150.

James Foggie, 47, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of FTA family ofns and FTA driving while license was suspended or revoked.

Cheryl Ann Fournier, 54, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of petit theft, VOP petit theft, and possession medical drugs without valid prescription (two counts). Bond was set at $5,500.

Aug. 6

Steven Christopher Scheffler, 21, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of armed burglary, burglary, attempted burglary, criminal mischief, and grand theft. He was released on Aug. 6.

Timothy Wade Petrey, 18, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of grand theft. Bond was set at $5,000.

Aug. 7

Christopher Real Acerbo, 22, of Seminole, was arrested on the charges of flee or elude, obstructing or opposing officer without violence, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, reckless driving, VOP burglary, and failure to have a motorcycle endorsement on driver’s license. Bond was set at $10,900.

Anthony Lionel Casas, 28, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of domestic felony battery. He was released on Aug. 9.

Patick Laverne Loiseau, 21, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of marijuana, VOP possession of marijuana, providing false name or identification to law enforcement officer, fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer, and possession of cocaine. Total bond was set at $13,500.

Terri Marie Luxenberger, 41, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of retail theft and FTV obstructing or opposing. Bond was set at $2,000.

Marcus Decontrez Thomas, 32, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of child abuse and DUI. He was released on Aug. 8.

Aug. 8

Kiara Latrese Butler, 22, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $10,000.

Brendan Michael Donton, 26, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of burglary with battery.

Bernard Edward Labuda, 50, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of battery on a law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $5,000.

Scott Ryan Mills, 22, of Wesley Chapel, was arrested on the charges of driving while license was suspended or revoked with knowledge and possession of cocaine. He was released on Aug. 8.

Donald Monus, 60, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of unlicensed practice of health care profession (three counts). He was released on Aug. 8.

Ada Lee Roberson, 36, of Clearwater was arrested on the charges of driving while license is suspended or revoked and leaving the scene of a crash involving injury. Total bond was set at $10,000.
