Police Blotter: Oct. 11-17
The following people were arrested for felonies from Oct. 11-17. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Oct. 11
Ceyonn Montez Donaldson, 25, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of domestic battery and possession of cocaine. He was released on Oct. 11.
Nicholas Macdowell, 28, of Clearwater was arrested on the charge of violation of probation — criminal misconduct. He was released on Oct. 12.

Oct. 12
Herman Luis Acosta, 43, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of petit theft (three counts), grand theft, violation of probation — retail theft, and license expired for more than six months. He was released on Oct. 13.

Julie Ann Street, 44, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of burprenophine hydrochloride, possession of alprazolam, and DUI. She was released on Oct. 12.
 Oct. 13
Kamelia Dimitrova, 26, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of possession of oxycodone. She was released on Oct. 13.
Michael Shane Lofton, 37, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of aggravated assault.
Desiree Dawn Seville, 20, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of child abuse. She was released on Oct. 13.
Scott Alan Smith, 39, of Dunedin, was arrested on the charges of possession more than one driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation — felon in possession of weapon/ammo, and reckless driving.
Todd Thomas, 24, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of a controlled substance, violation of probation — possession of marijuana, and violation of probation — possession of oxycodone.
Michelle Renea Wyandt, 36, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of felony battery and resisting an officer with violence.
Oct. 14
Timothy Allen Hoots, 52, of Seminole, was arrested on the charge of burglary dwelling unoccupied.
Willie Simons, 53, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of fail to pay child support and a Jefferson County parole violation.
Oct. 15
Michael Edward Atzrott, 20, of Dunedin, was arrested on the charges of fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer and reckless driving.
Edward Daniel Curran, 24, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of attempted murder in the first degree and resisting an officer without violence-obstruction.
Robert Lee Perry, 51, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charges of grand theft motor vehicle and felony battery (three counts).
Matthew Vincent Williams, 27, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of burglary, grand theft and grand theft motor vehicle.
Oct. 16
Joanne Ilene Ferrell, 53, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of felony battery.
Kimberly Ann Laporte, 39, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of sale of oxycodone (two counts) and possession of oxycodone (two counts).
Oct. 17
Mark Allen Enright, 55, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of withholding information from doctor (four counts).
Joseph Wane Nunn, 39, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of petit theft (two priors-felony).
Robert Aaron Sheppard, 36, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of domestic battery.
Weslee William Spell, 46, of Oldsmar, was arrested on the charge of sexual battery.
Keri Anne Stippert, 21, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of fraudulent use of a credit card. She was released on Oct. 17.
Herbert A. Thomas, 55, of Crystal Beach, was arrested on the charge of petit theft.
Bryan L. Toman, 25, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of violation of probation — felony battery.
