Reader Spotlight: 'Give Bicyclists a Break'
Largo Patch highlights interaction with our readers. Today, it's a comment on a story about a bicyclist who was struck by a car at a Largo intersection and later died.
Thanks to Patch reader Gwen Thomas, who weighed in on this story about a fatal accident on Bryan Dairy Road in Largo with this comment:
"Cars really need to give bicyclists a break. The only place I feel comfortable riding my bike is on the Pinellas Trail. As careful as I am, I've had numerous times when a car almost hit me."
