100 Percent of Local Store's Profits Go to Charity

But the shop is in danger of closing if it doesn't see an uptick in business soon.

A local business needs your support—and soon. Teez 'N' More opened in Land O' Lakes recently, but it's not your ordinary shirt shop. All of the profits from the store go to BIKERSCAP, a nonprofit organization that provides computers to students in need.

BIKERSCAP—Building Intellect, Knowledge, Education, Resources and Schooling with a Computer Acquisition Program— is a biker-run charity, according to its website. The mission: "providing much-needed, complete home computer systems through recycling older used systems to disadvantaged students."

The Teez 'N' More store features Outlaw Apparel,  as seen on A&E television's Storage Wars. The idea was to open a retail store that would help financially support BIKERSCAP's efforts.

But the store is in danger of going under, BIKERSCAP director Greg Reaster said in an email.

'We are trying not to close the shop," Reaster said. The organization just doesn't have the funds to keep it operating if customers don't start coming in, he said.

In addition to specialty shirts, Teez 'N' More also carries motorcycle accessories. You also can drop off old computers for recycling at the store.

Check them out at 4041 Land O' Lakes Blvd. to help a student in need. If you like biker gear and helping kids, it just might be worth the short drive over to Land O' Lakes.
