Meet Lorelei: Sassy, Scared of Mashed Potatoes

Oh, cute kids. Lutz sure has got ‘em. And we just love to write about them.

This time, we got a two-fer: Meet Lorelei McTigue, twin sister of Sawyer McTigue.

“Lorelei is silly and sassy. She isn't afraid of anything, except people and mashed potatoes,” mom Sara McTigue said.

If you ask her how old she is, she’ll likely hold up two fingers and giggle. But she’s just teasing. The 4-year-old VPK student at Tim’s Memorial Presbyterian is a smart cookie who plans to work hard in school this year to learn how to write her brother Sawyer’s name.

Her favorite color?

“Purp... Yellow, I mean. Because it's my favorite,” Lorelei said.

Lorelei wants to be a dog trainer when she grows up. And naturally, if she could be any animal in the world, it would be a dog.

“I love doggies,” she said.
