Young Pilots-to-Be Can Fly for Free Saturday

Do you have a young wannabe pilot in the family?

Here's a chance for your aviation enthusiast to experience flying a small-engine plane.

Saturday, June 8 is the International Young Eagles Rally through the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 175.

EEA volunteers will introduce kids to the world of aviation by taking them on a free plane ride from 10 a.m. to noon.

Interested youth and their parents, who must give consent, should meet at Leading Edge Aviation at Tampa Executive Airport's main terminal, 6582 Eureka Springs Rd., Tampa.
