14 FL High School Grads To Play In Super Bowl 59
FL has the most former high school players on the roster for Sunday's Super Bowl LIX — 10 for Philadelphia Eagles, 4 for Kansas City Chiefs.
FLORIDA — Some familiar Florida names are on the roster in Sunday’s Super Bowl LIX between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
Fourteen of the players on the 53-man rosters got their start in playing high school football in Florida, according to High School Football America. They include wide receiver Hollywood Brown, tailback Jawaan Taylor and outside linebacker Nolan Smith Jr.

- No. 5 - Hollywood Brown, who plays wide receiver and attended Chaminade-Madonna High School
- No. 27 - Chamarri Conner, who plays defensive back and attended Trinity Christian Academy
- No. 55 - Joshua Uche, who plays linebacker and attended Columbus High School
- No. 74 - Jawaan Taylor, who plays tackle and attended Cocoa High School

- No. 3 - Nolan Smith Jr., who is an outside linebacker and attended IMG Academy
- No. 8 - C.J. Gardner-Johnson, who plays safety and attended Cocoa High School
- No. 21 - Sydney Brown, who plays safety and attended Saint Stephen’s Episcopal
- No. 23 - Eli Ricks, who plays corner back and attended IMG Academy
- No. 27 - Quinyon Mitchell, who plays corner back and attended Williston High School
- No. 34 - Isaiah Rodgers, who plays corner back and attended Blake High School
- No. 56 - Tyler Steen, who plays on the offensive line and attended St. Thomas Aquinas
- No. 58 - Jalyx Hunt, who plays offensive linebacker and attended University High School
- No. 74 - Fred Johnson, who plays tackle and attended Royal Palm Beach High School
- No. 98 - Jalen Carter, who plays defensive tackle and attended Apopka High School
Overall, high school athletes from 31 different states, plus Australia will be represented when the Chiefs and Eagles battle for the Vince Lombardi Trophy for the second time in the last three years.
