MIAMI, FL — A missing 15-year-old girl in Miami has been located. Zoya Ripa had been last seen in the 100 block of NE 49 Street, according to Miami police. Ripa had also been reported missing for a time earlier this month. MIAMI, FL — A missing 15-year-old girl in Miami has been located. Zoya Ripa had been last seen in the 100 block of NE 49 Street, according to Miami police. Ripa had also been reported missing for a time earlier this month.
