MIAMI, FL — A 26-year-old missing Miami man has been located. Wilber Daniel Vado had been last seen in the unit block of NW 17 Place, according to Miami police. Vado suffers from epilepsy. MIAMI, FL — A 26-year-old missing Miami man has been located. Wilber Daniel Vado had been last seen in the unit block of NW 17 Place, according to Miami police. Vado suffers from epilepsy.
