Accused Parkland Shooter: 'You Will All Know Who I am'
The accused Parkland school shooter professed his love for "Angie" and boasted: "With the power of my AR, you will all know who I am."

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — The accused Parkland school shooter professed his love to “Angie” in a cellphone video likely to have been shot the same day he allegedly carried out the horrific Valentine’s Day massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. He boasted: “With the power of my AR, you will all know who I am.” In yet another video, he detailed his expectation of killing 20 people with his AR-15 assault rifle.
“It’s going to be a big event and when you see me on the news, you’ll all know who I am,” he predicted in one of the videos. “You’re all going to die.”
Patch is withholding the name of the accused shooter in this article based on those declarations and on pleas from the families of the 17 students and faculty murdered in the afternoon attack along with the numerous others who were wounded.

"I’ve been off Twitter for a couple days. First thing I see when I log back in is the person who killed my friends," asserted Parkland survivor Emma Gonzalez. "Please do us a favor and listen to us when we say we don’t want his f------ Face plastered everywhere we look, thank you. Have a good night because none of us will be."
Prosecutors released three cellphone videos on Wednesday. At least one of the three videos appeared to have been shot on the day of the attack.

In the only video in which the accused shooter’s face could be seen on camera, he introduced himself by his first name and matter of factly stated: “I’m going to be the next school shooter of 2018.”
He giggled as he posited the attack and even imitated the sound of gunshots with a high pitched, “pew, pew, pew, pew, pew.”
On another video, he proclaimed: “Today is the day, the day that it all begins, the day of my massacre shall begin.”
He predicted that the kids would run in fear as they tried to hide.
“From the wrath of my power, they will know who I am,” he said, not looking directly at the camera. “I am nothing. I am no one. My life is nothing and meaningless.”
He described his existence as a “lone life” lived in seclusion and solitude.
“I hate everyone and everything,” he insisted. “With the power of my AR you will all know who I am. I had enough of being told what to do and when to do. … You will all see. You will all know who my name is."
But with respect to Angie, he said: “My love for you, Angie, will never go away. I hope to see you in the afterlife.”
In another video, he outlined his plan for the massacre.
“I’m going to go take Uber in the afternoon before 2:40,” he said. “From there I’ll go up to the school campus, walk up the stairs, unload my bags and get my AR and shoot people down ... and people will die.”
Court documents filed by the accused shooter’s public defender said the defense was given a document from the prosecution that referenced 968 listed witnesses and a 158 gigabyte hard drive with 283 videos.
