Amazon’s Jeff Bezos Spends $90M On Third South FL Mansion: Reports
Jeff Bezos bought a third property on Indian Creek Island, an exclusive Miami-area island known as Billionaire Bunker, for $90 million.
MIAMI, FL — Amazon’s Jeff Bezos continues to scoop up property on South Florida’s exclusive Indian Creek Island known as “Billionaire Bunker,” according to multiple reports.
He recently bought his third mansion on the man-made Miami-area island, a six-bedroom home he purchased for $90 million in an off-market transaction, Bloomberg reported. It last sold in 1998 for $2.5 million.
Among the island’s notable residents — and Bezos’ new neighbors — are Tom Brady, investor Carl Icahn, singer Julio Iglesias, and Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, the Seattle Times said.

His second purchase, which Bezos picked up for $79 million in October, is right next door, Business Insider reported. He bought the mansion for 7.1 percent below the listing price.
This second mansion, built in 2000, is 19,064 square feet, sits on 1.84 acres, and boasts seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, the Independent reported.
Bezos plans to live in this third mansion while he tears down the two other homes he purchased on the island, according to Bloomberg.
