Barron Trump, 18, Chosen As FL Delegate To GOP National Convention
Four of former President Donald Trump's children will serve as Florida delegates to the Republican National Convention in July.
FLORIDA — Barron Trump, the youngest son of presidential candidate Donald Trump, has been chosen as a Florida delegate to the Republican National Convention. The event will be 18-year-old's debut on the political stage.
The teenager — a high school senior who is graduating next week — will serve as one of 41 at-large delegates from Florida to the national convention, where the party is set to officially nominate his father as its official presidential candidate for the November general election.
The convention takes place in Milwaukee from July 15-18.

“We have a great delegation of grassroots leaders, elected officials and even Trump family members,” Florida GOP chair Evan Power said, according to NBC News. “Florida is continuing to have a great convention team, but more importantly we are preparing to win Florida and win it big.”

Several of Trump’s other children — Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Tiffany Trump — are also part of the Florida delegation to the convention.
Former President Donald Trump is currently on trial in Manhattan, accused of falsifying business records related to a hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.
A pending trial against the candidate in Florida over allegations he brought classified documents to his Mar-a-Lago estate has been indefinitely postponed over issues involving evidence. He faces 40 felony counts in this case.
