MIAMI - CBS News Miami Investigations uncovers the school funding gap. In Broward County, some district schools desperately need repairs nearly a decade after taxpayers funded a bond program to address infrastructure needs.

We visited Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach. A video we obtained showed rain pouring through covered walkways. Drainage pipes fail to funnel rushing water.
