1. Four children were taken to the hospital on Tuesday when a driver lost control of their car and hit them while they waited for the school bus, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. One child is in critical condition, according to a CBS 12 report. (Miami Patch, CBS12)
2. An early morning argument on Tuesday between a store manager and an employee he fired at Dollar General led to shots being fired at a northwest Miami-Dade store, police said. No one was injured. (NBC Miami)
3. Mitch Novick, owner of the Sherbrooke Hotel, says he is losing customers due to the spring Break Miami Beach curfew. He feels a more permanent solution should come down to changing how Miami Beach's entertainment district does business, including rolling back alcohol sale hours. Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber declared a state of emergency this week and announced the new curfew after a wild spring break weekend. (CBS Miami)
4. Pembroke Park RV community residents are being forced to move after being notified the park is closing. The park is owned by Trinity Broadcasting Network – a Christian organization. Some residents were given until the end of the month, while others were told they have until November to leave. Families at Lakeside Park Estates have created a GoFundMe in hopes of donations. (WSVN)
5. A Miami federal judge ruled Monday that four major cruise lines with South Florida tie, Carnival, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean and MSC Cruises, engaged in "prohibited tourism" and "trafficking activities" by carrying passenger to Cuba and profiting from the use of Havana port facilities previously confiscated by the Fidel Castro-led government. The case will now go to a jury trial in May that will decide the damages that the cruise lines should pay to the original port owner. (Subscription: Miami Herald)

- Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) is working to help Haitians who sail to South Florida looking for better and safer lives. Elected officials and activists toured the Broward Transitional Center where many Haitian migrants are kept until they are deported. She said they are concerned about the conditions they saw there.
