1. A man was killed in a crash in Dania Beach early Tuesday when he struck and went over a barrier on the entrance ramp to northbound I-95 from State Road 84, according to a report from CBS 4 Miami. The driver of the Silverado was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of the Ram was uninjured, according to the report. (Miami Patch)
2. A car was left flipped on its side after a chaotic crash in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and police believe the driver may have been under the influence. Fort Lauderdale Police and Fire Rescue responded to a crash involving an overturned car in the area north of Las Olas Boulevard and East Ninth Avenue, Monday evening. Police said one person inside the car was transported to Broward Health Medical Center and an investigation is now underway. (WSVN)
3. "Operation Green Light" is now underway in Broward County. From now until Saturday, April 9, you can pay for outstanding fines without paying the 33 percent collection charge. If you have a suspended license, this could help you get back on the road faster. (CBS Miami)
4. Dog poop helped officers to identify an armed robber on Monday night in Miami, police said. William Carroll is facing charges of armed robbery and battery and has been booked at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. (WPLG Local 10)
5. The developers of the 80-story Cipriani Residences have announced that sales are now officially underway. Mast Capital CEO and Founder Camilo Miguel Jr., said in a press release that his company was seeing “overwhelming demand.” (The Next Miami)
