Comcast NBCUniversal & Jurassic World Dominion Stars Gift Laptops
The laptops will enable students to participate in Comcast NBCUniversal's forthcoming "Jurassic World Rule Your Future STEAM Initiative."

MIAMI, FL - Last night, Comcast NBCUniversal surprised Miami-area students with new laptops, as part of their “Jurassic World Rule Your Future STEAM Initiative,” in partnership with Universal Pictures. With the film’s stars Mamoudou Athie and DeWanda Wise in attendance, it was a day that left smiles on many faces and opened digital doors for these deserving students.
The students are from the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami and Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade, where Comcast has established Lift Zones, providing students with free WiFi in community centers to connect to the Internet to participate in virtual classes, complete schoolwork, and more.
The laptops will enable students to participate in Comcast NBCUniversal’s forthcoming “Jurassic World Rule Your Future STEAM Initiative,” which addresses the lack of STEAM preparation and digital skills among low-income and first-generation-to-college students.
