FLORIDA — If you’re looking for a beach to drop your top and bare it all, be sure to keep these six Florida nude beaches on your radar:

Haulover Beach

Just north of Miami Beach, Haulover Beach Park was named one of the most popular nude beaches in the world by CNN Travel last year.

The beach boasts “blue waters, soft sand and plenty of picnic areas,” according to the city’s listing for the destination. “The park regularly hosts kite-making workshops and sells kites to fly in a big grassy area facing Biscayne Bay. There's a tennis center, golf course and dog park, too.”

And, of course, if you “(forget) to pack a suit — no problem! Or, if you're looking to get some sun without any tan lines, well, this is the place for you,” the city said.

Playalinda Beach

Located at the Canaveral National Seashore, a U.S. National Park, Playalinda Beach includes the Space Coast’s only clothing-optional beach, according to Visit Space Coast. Naturists are only permitted at beach entrance/crossing 13, which is accessible through parking lot 13 and easy to avoid unless you intend to visit the area.

Apollo Beach

Also located at Canaveral National Seashore, but in Volusia County, offers naturist beachgoers a clothing-optional option off parking lot 5, the Daytona Beach News-Journal said.

Blind Creek Beach

This Treasure Coast destination Fort Pierce was recognized as a nude beach by local officials in 2020, according to TCPalm.com. Blind Creek Beach is a 108-acre upland and wetland preserve.

Bathtub Beach

This Stuart beach, home to more than 500 marine creatures, including endangered sea turtles, is also a clothing optional beach, TCPalm.com said.

South Beach

Miami Beach’s South Beach allows topless sunbathing in the area south of 15th Street on Ocean Drive, according to Inside Miami Beach.
