1. Face masks will no longer be required at Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The change comes after a federal judge in Florida ruled to eliminate the mask mandate that covered airlines and other forms of public transportation. (WPLG Local 10)

2. A man who was wanted for a double shooting involving a mother and her daughter in South Florida's North Lauderdale has been found dead. 34-year-old Andre Anglin was the only suspect in the shooting. He happened to be the ex-husband of victim Jennifer Bellony and her 15-year-old daughter, nicknamed Nana. (WSVN)

3. Tyler Herro has gone from being a Miami Heat secret weapon to a "walking bucket" at just the age of 22. In 66 games this season, Herro has averaged 20.7 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists per game. (CBS Miami)

4. Plans have been submitted to build the first of multiple phases of a project called Dadeland Hyve. When completed Dadeland Hyve is planned to have two new 25-story condo towers, a hotel, a 25-story office tower, and parking, retail and restaurants, according to the website of developer Keystone. 5. Although book-banning incidents have been recorded in seven Florida school districts, none have been documented in South Florida's school districts. Local South Florida book store owners are speaking out against the book bans regardless, including the owner of Books & Books. (Miami New Times)
