FBI Searches For Mask-Wearing Bank Robber

The FBI is searching for a lone bank robber who held up a Chase Bank branch in Miami

MIAMI, FL — The FBI is searching for a lone bank robber who held up a Chase Bank branch in Miami on Wednesday.

The robbery took place at 1:41 p.m. at the branch located at 6800 Biscayne Blvd., according to Special Agent Michael Leverock and spokesman Jim Marshall of the FBI in Miami.

"A robber entered the bank and demanded money from a bank employee," Leverock and Marshall said in asking for the public's help.

No one was injured. The robber wore a medical mask.

The FBI released photographs of the robber taken from surveillance cameras. The FBI would not say how much money was taken during the robbery.
