FBI Seeks Help Finding Miami Gardens Man

MIAMI GARDENS, FL — The FBI is asking for the public's help in finding 23-year-old Jaja Williams of Miami Gardens in connection with a July 20 armed robbery of a Family Dollar store.

Special Agent Michael Leverock and spokesman Jim Marshall of the FBI in Miami said Monday that Williams should be considered armed and dangerous.

"The FBI and its Violent Crime Task Force are involved in this matter as part of an initiative to assist local law enforcement agencies in combating violent armed robberies," according to Leverock and Marshall.

The robbery occurred at 19721 NW 37th Ave in Miami Gardens. Williams is wanted on Hobbs Act robbery charges.

"The robber entered the business, displayed a firearm and demanded money from an employee," Leverock and Marshall said.
