Fiery Crash Leaves Car Upside Down On Building
One of the cars was found upside down on the side of a building at NW 22nd Avenue and NW 91st Street.

MIAMI, FL — Two cars got into a fiery wreck Sunday morning in Northwest Miami-Dade. The crash occurred at 9:40 a.m. One of the cars was found upside down on the side of a building at NW 22nd Avenue and NW 91st Street.
"Upon arrival, MDFR observed one vehicle was engulfed in flames and quickly extinguished the fire," according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. "MDFR Technical Rescue was also called to respond due to patients in each one of the vehicles that were heavily entrapped."
First responders braced and secured the car that was resting upside down on the side of the building while the Technical Rescue Team worked to extricate one of the occupants with hydraulic tools.

"Crews were able to extricate one of the patients who was pinned underneath the dashboard of the vehicle as well as a second patient from the other vehicle," Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said.
Two victims had to be taken to a trauma hospital for injuries in the crash. First responders said they did not know what caused the crash.

A total of 11 units responded to the call.
"MDFR is urging drivers to stay safe and cautious while out on the roads, specially during bad weather as roads become slippery and driving visibility is impaired during rain," Miami-Dade Fire Rescue added.
