Florida East Coast Realty’s Panorama Tower Wins Two Categories at the Multi-Housing News Excellence Awards
Property Manager Dyanne Zamora named "Property Manager of the Year" and Panorama Tower earns "Best Social Media Strategy"
Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) today announced that its flagship property, Panorama Tower, received two major recognitions at the 19th annual Multi-Housing News (MHN) Excellence Awards, a premier national program recognizing outstanding achievement across the multifamily industry.
Dyanne Zamora, Property Manager at Panorama Tower, was named Property Manager of the Year, an award that recognizes exceptional leadership, resident retention, operational performance, and community-building. Zamora, who has been with Panorama since its pre-construction phase, oversees one of the most complex multifamily operations in the country. Her hands-on leadership, ability to cultivate a highly satisfied resident community, and commitment to operational excellence were key factors in earning this distinction.

Panorama Tower also received the award for Best Social Media Strategy, which honors innovative and effective use of social platforms to engage residents and enhance the property’s brand. Panorama’s social media presence underwent a significant transformation in 2024, shifting from a building-centric approach to a lifestyle- and community-focused strategy. By highlighting resident experiences, events, local partnerships, and day-to-day life inside the tower, the property saw substantial increases in engagement and overall audience connection across platforms.

The 2025 MHN Excellence Award winners were selected by a panel of judges representing a wide range of multifamily disciplines nationwide.
