  1. The Miami area has made the list for having one of the highest increases in home prices year-over-year. The report was prepared by the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index. South Florida had a 15.9 percent year-over-year increase. The Managing Director at S&P DJI said home prices have recently decreased and could keep dropping soon. (NBC Miami)
  2. The owner of Knaus Berry Farm, Rachel Knaus Grafe, has died after being attacked more than two weeks ago. Police allege the owner and her husband were attacked by their son. The business announced the news on their Instagram page on Sunday afternoon. (WSVN)
  3. An investigation is underway in South Florida after two people were shot in Homestead on Sunday morning. The incident happened in the area of Southwest Sixth Avenue near Sixth Street. The victims in the incident were rushed to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital. (WPLG Local 10)
  4. A Florida man has been arrested after being seen standing on top of a moving Metrorail car in Miami. A video of the incident was posted on popular Instagram channel Only in Dade. He was taken to a hospital for an involuntary medical evaluation. (WSVN)
