When: July 4, 5 to 9:30 p.m.

Enjoy an evening of live entertainment, food trucks, children’s activities and a fireworks show.


What: Food Trucks and Fireworks Celebration

Where: Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, 3000 NW 199 Street, Miami Gardens

When: July 4, 5 to 9:30 p.m.


What: Fourth of July Weekend at Deering Estate

Where: Deering Estate, 16701 SW 72nd Ave., Miami

When: July 4, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Enjoy reduced $5 admission to Deering Estate for everyone ages 4 and up. Foundation members and kids 3 and under are free.


What: Key Biscayne 4th of July Parade

Where: Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne

When: July 4, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This island tradition features floats and music traveling down Crandon Boulevard for the July 4 holiday. The parade will run from Harbor Drive to West Wood Drive.


What: Fire on the Fourth

Where: 73rd Street and Collins Avenue in Miami Beach

When: July 4, 3 to 9 p.m.

Enjoy games, DJs and live music, roller skating, and a drone and fireworks show.


What: Independence Day Celebration

Where: Milander Park, 4800 Palm Ave., Hialeah

When: July 4, 4 to 10 p.m.

Entertainment includes Lenier, Ricky Valido and Marlon Fernandez followed by a firework and laser display.

Where: Homestead-Miami Speedway, 1 Ralph Sanchez Speedway Blvd., Homestead

When: July 4, 6 to 10 p.m.

Hosted by the city of Homestead, this free event features kids’ activities, food trucks, live music and show-stopping fireworks.


What: 4th of July with Miami Symphony Orchestra

Where: 2820 MacFarlane Road

When: July 4, 6:30 p.m.

This free outdoor performance features the Miami Symphony Orchestra. Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair.
