Miami Burglary Victim Snaps Pictures Of Suspected Intruder
A Miami burglary victim came across the man he believes broke into his apartment and snapped pictures of him.

MIAMI, FL — A Miami burglary victim came across the man he believes broke into his apartment and now police are asking for the public's help in finding the suspected intruder. The incident occurred back on May 11 shortly after 5:30 a.m. The burglary took place in the 2100 block of NW 18 Terrace.
Officer Michael Vega of the Miami Police Department said that the male victim first heard noises coming from the front window of his aparment.

"Approximately 30 minutes later the victims heard loud banging coming from the area of their second floor balcony," Vega explained. "The male victim went upstairs to investigate and as he approached the sliding glass door of the balcony, he saw the same suspect standing on the balcony, trying to open the door."
Vega said that the victim confronted the intruder and got into a struggle.

"The suspect jumped off of the balcony as he grabbed onto the victim’s shirt, pulling the victim down with him," according to Vega. "The victim suffered multiple injuries from the fall. The suspect was able to get away."
A few days later the victim recognized the suspected intruder in the area.
"The victim saw the suspect on the street and took several pictures of him which he sent to the detective," Vega said. "Detectives need your assistance in identifying the suspect as the investigation into this burglary continues."
The suspected intruder was described as a white Hispanic male, 20 to 25 years of age with short cropped hair.
