  1. Miami Commissioner Manolo Reyes' office was destroyed during a break-in at Miami City Hall last weekend, according to authorities. The incident happened at some point between Friday after 4:30 p.m. and Monday before 9 a.m. An investigation is now underway by police and anyone with information is asked to contact the Miami Police Department’s Burglary Unit at 305-603-6030.   2. A South Florida man has been arrested after allegedly making threats towards police officers on social media. 22-year-old Vernon E. Kelson is facing serious charges, according to authorities. Miami-Dade Police Department Director Freddy Ramirez said threats will not be tolerated against police. (WSVN)
  3. A South Beach man is accused of luring women to his condo and raping them, according to authorities. He is facing charges of sexual battery, attempted sexual battery, armed kidnapping and false imprisonment. Neighbors told WPLG they were shocked to hear about the allegations against the man.   4. Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama is bringing an exhibit to Pérez Art Museum Miami on March 9. The exhibit will run through Feb. 11, 2024. The exhibit will be called LOVE IS CALLING at PAMM. (Time Out Miami)
  5. Link at Douglas, which is a new transit-focused development project, is attracting residents who live car-free. The Douglas Road Metrorail station is attached to the area. The developer is spending $17 million for beautification of the area. (The Next Miami)
