Miami-Dade County Transit Update: Metrobus, Metromover And Metrorail After Hurricane Irma

Here's what you need to know if you're looking to get around the Miami area today.

MIAMI, FL — Public transit services in Miami-Dade County are slowly coming back to life after Hurricane Irma deluged the state of Florida, but everything has not returned to normal yet. Here's what you need to know.

Metrorail services are currently running on a regular schedule.

Metromover service is down, but free shuttle buses are taking over the route on Wednesday. The shuttle buses will run until midnight. Much of Metrobus is following a regular schedule. According to the county, these buses are running on their usual routes: 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 19, 21, 24, 27, 29, 33, 36, 40, 42, 46, 54, 62, 71, 72, 75, 77, 82, 87, 88, 93, 95 (Civic Center), 99, 104, A, B, C, E, G, H, J, M, S, 115, 120, 123 (Beach Local), 132, 135, 150, 183, 202, 207, 208, 211, 234, 246, 249, 254, 267, 272, 277, 286, 288, 297, 500.

If you have plans to fly out of Miami-Dade International Airport, check with your airline to make sure the flight schedule has not been changed.
