Miami Police Seek To Identify Man Wanted In Kidnapping

​The man attempted to kidnap a woman in Miami in August, police said.

MIAMI, FL — Police in Miami are asking for the public's help identifying a man wanted in connection to an August kidnapping.

Police said the man, pictured above in a police sketch, tried to kidnap a woman on Aug. 13 near N. Miami Court and NW 62nd Street.

The kidnapping attempt happened around 3:30 a.m., police said.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to contact CrimeStoppers 305. Anonymous tips can be submitted on the CrimeStoppers website or by calling 1-866-471-Tips or 1-800-346-8477.
