1. MaryGold's, a new American restaurant concept by Chef Brad Kilgore and Bar Lab, is opening soon at Arlo Wynwood hotel. Planned dishes include beignets with jerk oxtail, scallop parmesan and Florida clambake for two. General Manager Jennifer Hiblum said the concept will "reflect an elevated interpretation of the neighborhood through design, sound, art, cuisine, cocktails, and music." (Miami's Community News)
2. A new study by online marketplace Decluttr ranks Miami as the worst city in the United States for sleep quality. Factors include health metrics, nighttime light exposure, as well as road and plane noise. A precursor study by Sleep Foundation also found the same result. (Miami New Times)
3. A man who was arrested for allegedly stealing an Amazon truck in North Miami Beach made an appearance in court on Tuesday afternoon. The owner of the truck left the keys in the ignition while making a delivery. The accused man is facing charges of grand theft, resisting an officer and unlawful possession. (WSVN)
4. A Pembroke Pines man is facing multiple charges after being accused by police of uploading more than three dozen child sexual abuse files to a Google Drive account. Google provided police with the accused man's name and address. (WPLG Local 10)
5. Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava is demanding more oversight over Miami Seaquarium after a USDA report highlighting alleged underfeeding of dolphins. Cava said, "Clearly as the landlords of this property we don’t want to have anything where the animals are suffering or where there are risks." (WPLG Local 10)
