Here are the top stories today in Miami:

1. Miami-Dade commissioners voted last week to accelerate the construction of the North Corridor Metrorail extension. Construction is expected to begin by 2024, according to a press release. The station will be by Hard Rock Stadium. (The Next Miami)

2. Three people were shot early Sunday morning at a restaurant in Allapattah, according to Miami police. One person died at the restaurant and another person died at a hospital afterward. The third person is in stable condition at a trauma center. (Subscription: Miami Herald)

3. Etra Fine Art will present, "Biosphere-Noosphere" during Miami Art Week that coincides with the return of Art Basel Miami Beach 2022. The opening reception party will take place on Sunday, Nov. 27 from noon to 5 p.m. at Etra Fine Art, 6942 NE 4th. Ave. Miami, FL 33138. A large number of artists will join the exhibition. 4. An investigation is now underway after a drive-by shooting occurred in front of a home on Friday afternoon in Miami Gardens near Scott Lake Elementary School. The shooting left one man dead and one victim wounded. The identity of the man killed has not been revealed by police as of Sunday evening. (WPLG Local 10)

5. AmeriHealth Caritas Florida, which serves Southeast Florida, has donated $10,000 to Feeding Florida to help those impacted by Hurricane Ian. The company president shared, "As efforts to recover and rebuild are ongoing, we are here to support our community partners in reaching families and fulfilling their needs during this crucial time."
