MIAMI, FL — If you're planning to head to the beach this weekend or catch Sunday's World Cup final at one of the many Miami area watch parties, you might want to keep an umbrella handy. The National Weather Service is calling for a chance of showers from Friday through Sunday. Thunderstorms will also be moving through our area so be sure to avoid standing water as you navigate the roads.
