MIAMI, FL — A missing 83-Year-Old dementia patient in Miami has been located, according to Miami police. Frank Hooks had been last seen on Sunday in the 1000 block of 54 Street.
"Mr. Frank Hooks had been safely located and is in the process of being reunited with his loved ones," Officer Michael Vega of the Miami Police Department said Monday.
