Palm Beach County Man Wins Massive Jackpot
A 61-year-old Palm Beach County man has won a massive $19 million jackpot from the Florida Lottery, according to state lottery officials.

LAKE PARK, FL — A 61-year-old Palm Beach County man has won a massive $19 million jackpot from the Florida Lottery, according to state lottery officials.
Roy Reavis of Lake Park elected to take his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $16,368,778.30.
"He purchased the jackpot-winning Florida Lotto Quick Pick ticket from Village Grocery," lottery officials said in announcing Reavis' prize.

The store that sold the winning ticket is located at 9271 Prosperity Farms Road in Lake Park. The retailer will receive a $100,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket for the April 4 drawing.
Lottery officials said Reavis used a secured drop box at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee to claim his prize. since lottery offices are still closed from the coronavirus shutdown.

"To help protect employees and players during the COVID-19 outbreak, Florida Lottery headquarters and district offices remain closed to the public until further notice," according to a lottery spokesperson. "Players who have winning tickets are encouraged to utilize the lottery's secured drop box located at each district office or mail tickets to Florida Lottery Headquarters or their nearest district office."
The Florida Lotto was scheduled to have another drawing 11:15 p.m. Wednesday night with a $4.5 million jackpot.
Drawings can be viewed on the Florida Lottery website and on the Lottery's YouTube channel. The winning numbers can be found on the website, at retailers and via phone at 850-921-PLAY.
