• 5 adults, child and dog displaced after fire tears through Miami duplex, officials say (cbsnews.com) — A Saturday morning fire at a duplex on NW 53rd Street displaced five adults, a child, and a dog in the City of Miami. Firefighters quickly attacked the blaze, upgraded to a Code 1 working fire, and cleared the building while the Red Cross stepped in to help the residents. Investigators are still determining the cause, after a resident mentioned an electric bike as a possible source.
