Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, will soon break ground on a new luxury townhome community in West Palm Beach’s trendy SoSo District.

Located near Southern Boulevard and Dixie Highway, The Domaine at SoSo will feature 30 three-story townhomes with a new urbanism design. Front doors and porches will face the street, and a landscaped interior road will provide access to a rear entry. Homes will range from 1,933 to 2,043 square feet and offer three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and two- or three-car garages, priced from the low $900,000s.

Designed for relaxed, upscale living, the boutique gated community will feature lush tropical landscaping and a tranquil central courtyard. The community will attract professionals and families seeking the SoSo District’s coastal charm, walkable setting and proximity to the Intracoastal Waterway.

“The Domaine at SoSo will offer the benefits of ownership without the maintenance demands of older residences in the surrounding neighborhood,” said Brent Baker, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division President. “And, as SoSo continues to rise in popularity, buyers will enjoy more lifestyle, dining and entertainment choices.”

The 1.5-acre site is conveniently located near downtown West Palm Beach and Brightline’s West Palm Beach station, Palm Beach International Airport and I-95. The neighborhood is adjacent to the restaurants and boutique stores along the famed “Antique Row” on South Dixie Highway.

Residents will also enjoy Phipps Park, with its baseball fields, green spaces, playgrounds and skate park. Families will have access to a host of top-rated private and public schools, including the renowned Alexander Dreyfoos Junior School of the Arts, ranked among the nation’s top public high schools.

Construction and sales are expected to start in the first quarter of 2026. Interested buyers can join a reservation list by visiting www.pulte.com/soso.
