Veterans Day 2019: What's Open And Closed In Miami-Dade

MIAMI, FL — Monday is Veterans Day and you'll find many banks and government offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Here are some of the holiday closings we found around the Miami Area:

• There is no U.S. Postal Service mail delivery on Monday, Nov. 11.
• Miami-Dade administrative offices will be closed Monday.
• City of Miami administrative offices will be closed Monday.
• Garbage, recycling and bulky trash pickups will follow a normal schedule.
• All Miami-Dade County schools, facilities will close on Veterans Day. Schools will reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
