The woman seen on video pleading for help at a Miami area Wendy's has refused to pursue charges against the man who dragged her away.

MIAMI, FL — The woman seen on surveillance video pleading for help at a Miami area Wendy's restaurant as a man dragged her away has been identified by police, but she refused to pursue charges against the man, according to Miami-Dade police.
"She explained that she was intoxicated and having a verbal dispute with her boyfriend during the incident," explained Detective Alvaro Zabaleta Thursday night. "She then ran into the fast food establishment where her boyfriend was attempting to bring her back to the vehicle."
Miami-Dade police released surveillance video of the incident Thursday and asked for the public's help in finding the missing woman and the man who took her from the restaurant.

Detective Chris Thomas of the Miami-Dade Police Department said earlier the woman "pleaded with restaurant employees to help her" as the man argued with her over the Wendy's service counter.
"Holding the woman's purse in his hand, the subject grabbed the victim's arm and forcefully pulled her out of the restaurant," Thomas said.
The incident happened around 6:15 p.m inside the Wendy's at 16208 SW 88th Street, not far from a number of large retailers, including a Walmart Supercenter and Home Depot.
"Restaurant employees called for police assistance as the victim braced herself on the door frame, unsuccessfully trying to escape abduction," Thomas said. "Witnesses described the subject fleeing in a black sedan with the victim inside."
Police said the man drove away with the woman in a black Chrysler 300.
