‘Well-Dressed’ FL Passenger Pup Safe After DUI Driver Arrested: Police

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — A fashionable dog is safe after his driver was recently accused of driving under the influence while the pup was in the car, West Palm Beach police said in a social media post.

“Driver was over the limit, and the ‘co-pilot’ — clearly under the influence of luxury. One of them is going to jail — the other is going viral,” police wrote.

Officers responding to a crash narrowly avoided being hit by an oncoming vehicle with a stylish pup passenger.

When they pulled over the driver, officers found them to be impaired, police said.

“Thankfully, no one was injured — including a very well-dressed dog who was along for the ride,” they added.
